Sun Rock Ranch is a family friendly place. We have a children’s playroom and pool table available for your family,
as well as an outdoor play area for younger children.

Meals/Food:

• Full Breakfast is included in the price.  
  
  
• For lunch and dinner: You may choose to eat at a restaurant in town.
  – OR –
  You may choose to bring food and prepare your own meals as many guests like to do. We will be happy to provide you some refridgerator/freezer space and access to the kitchen and gas grill.

Horseback riding:

• Virtually everyone can ride a horse.
• All horseback riding depends on the age and skill level of the rider and also based on the wrangler’s assessment.
• Young children, or person of any age not ready for a trail ride, can typically still ride either by hand-lead or by themselves, in the large indoor arena.  
• Please refer to our Important Information on the Horseback Riding page for more details.   

Fishing:

• Ponds are available on the ranch for catch-and-release fishing. You do not need a fishing license because it is private property. The types of fish in the ponds are bass, catfish, bluegill and perch.
• We have basic fishing equipment available for your family to use at no extra charge.

Pets:

Pets are welcome on a leash or in a kennel.  They are allowed in your room as long as no damage is done to the property.  Sorry, if any damage is done then you will have to pay the repair/cleaning costs. We also have an outdoor pen available for no extra charge.
